TALIO American is an online learning platform for Digital SAT, ACT, and EST preparation. After a successful payment, the selected subjects appear in the student dashboard. Content may include video lessons, homework, quizzes, study plans, subject chat, live sessions when announced, and parent follow-up tools.

We do not guarantee any exam score, admission result, or official test registration. Official exams are administered by their owners (College Board and others). TALIO American is an independent prep service.

You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sharing login details, selling access, or letting others use a paid seat is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.

• Student accounts are for the learner.
• Parent accounts can link to a student and view allowed progress.
• Instructor accounts are issued by TALIO American and are limited to teaching tools.

TALIO American is built for school students under 18. The student is the learner, not the contracting party. The parent or legal guardian is the customer: they accept these terms, complete payment, and remain responsible for the purchase and for supervising the student’s use of the platform.

A student account is a learning profile under the parent’s authority. A student may not buy a package, use a payment card, or enter a paid contract on their own. If a student starts registration, the parent must finish payment and consent before access is granted.

A purchase started by the student is valid only with guardian approval. At checkout the buyer must confirm: “I confirm that I have obtained parental/guardian consent to complete this purchase, and I agree to the platform’s Terms & Conditions.” Without that confirmation, payment cannot start.

Prices are set by us in three display currencies and are not live exchange-rate conversions:

• Customers in Egypt see Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
• Customers in Saudi Arabia see Saudi Riyals (SAR).
• Customers in other countries see US Dollars (USD).

Checkout is completed by the parent or guardian through an Egyptian payment gateway. The amount deducted from the card, wallet, or cash-collection method is in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), even if the site showed a SAR or USD price. Payment instruments must belong to an adult, not to the student.

Before you pay, the site shows both the displayed package price and the EGP amount that will be charged. The last Fawaterak payment page always shows Egyptian Pounds. Your bank or wallet may convert that EGP amount into your local currency using its own rate. That conversion is outside TALIO American’s control.

Access is granted after the gateway confirms a successful payment. Pending methods (such as Fawry) unlock the course when the payment is completed, not when the reference code is created.

Paid access is a personal, non-transferable license for the enrolled student only. You may not copy, record, republish, or redistribute videos, questions, answers, or other materials. Content remains owned by TALIO American and/or the instructors.

You may not use the platform to harass others, share phone numbers or off-platform contact details in student spaces where that is blocked, upload illegal or abusive content, attempt to break security, scrape content, or interfere with other users’ learning.

We aim to keep the site available, but maintenance, hosting issues, or third-party outages can happen. If a paid course is unusable for a prolonged period because of a fault on our side, you may request a remedy under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations and refunds are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy at https://american.talio.site/refunds/. That policy is part of these terms.

There is no physical shipping. After payment is confirmed, subjects are delivered by unlocking them in the student dashboard. Details are in the Digital Delivery Policy.

To the extent allowed by Egyptian law, TALIO American is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost exam opportunities, or results that depend on the student’s effort or on official testing organizations. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the EGP amount actually paid for that order.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, including shared accounts, chargeback abuse, or fraud. Serious breaches may be reported to the payment provider.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. New purchases follow the terms in force on the purchase date. Continued use after a posted update means you accept the change for future use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Courts in Egypt have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have. Contact: support@american.talio.site.
