TALIO American sells online learning only. This page is our shipping / delivery policy for payment-provider review.
1. No physical shipping
We do not ship books, devices, or any physical goods. There are no shipping fees and no delivery addresses to collect for fulfillment.
2. How the service is delivered
After the payment gateway confirms a successful payment, the purchased subjects are unlocked in the student dashboard on this website. Delivery is complete when the student can open the enrolled subjects.
3. When access appears
Card and wallet payments that succeed instantly usually unlock within a few minutes. Methods that stay pending (for example Fawry) unlock after the customer completes payment at the kiosk or wallet, and the gateway notifies us.
4. If access does not appear
If payment succeeded and subjects are still locked after one hour, email support@american.talio.site with the account email and payment reference. We will unlock the order or follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
